Description

  • Provide remote and onsite technical support for Distributed Antenna System solutions.
  • Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and system turn-up activities.
  • Troubleshoot RF, fiber, alarm, and performance issues.
  • Review KPIs, logs, and performance data to identify root causes.
  • Execute sweep, PIM, CW, and RF performance testing.
  • Create, manage, and close technical support tickets promptly.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  • Support software and firmware upgrades and maintenance activities.
  • Deliver professional customer communication throughout the issue lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent military experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of RF technical support experience with DAS systems.
  • Strong understanding of LTE, 5G, and base station systems.
  • Experience with DAS headend, remotes, and fiber-fed architectures.
  • Experience with PIM, sweep, CW, and RF performance testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking ability.
  • Experience supporting customers directly in technical environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional short-notice customer escalations.
  • Experience with JMA Wireless DAS, preferred.
  • Fiber optic troubleshooting experience, preferred.
