Description

  • Design, build, and lead development of product features.
  • Develop tooling and automation for AI-first engineering workflows.
  • Work on enterprise integrations and deployment scenarios across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
  • Improve reliability, testing, performance, and security for production use.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM systems.
  • Experience with enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
  • Comfort with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
  • Ability to take ownership, communicate clearly, and move work forward without waiting for perfect specs.
  • Interest in using AI in development while validating results with strong engineering discipline.
  • Experience with debugging, instrumentation, or observability-related tools (preferred).
  • Experience with .NET or Python backend products (preferred).
  • Strong focus on developer productivity and engineering quality (preferred).
