Description

  • Optimize TeamCity for efficient and reliable deployments.
  • Explore and verify the product’s high availability and scalability.
  • Set up and evaluate cloud services in the testing infrastructure.
  • Improve product security by testing fixes and new security features.
  • Analyze and test fixes for production incidents.
  • Perform manual testing, including regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and provide technical support to customers.
  • Research and learn new technologies, including setting them up and reproducing test cases.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the product and advocate for user needs.
  • Provide developers with recommendations to make the product more user-friendly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of QA experience on complex projects such as web services and backends.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and HTTP.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Ability to work without detailed functional specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Willingness to reproduce complex issues persistently.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Passion for a long-term career in QA and interest in learning new technologies.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C# at a level sufficient to write simple applications.
  • Knowledge of one cloud platform at deployment level.
  • Experience with CI/CD techniques (preferred).
  • Experience with Docker deployment and Kubernetes (preferred).
