Description

  • Create content such as blog posts, videos, tutorials, screencasts, sample code, and livestreams for .NET developers.
  • Write code samples and contribute code to the product when needed.
  • Teach developers how to use JetBrains technologies and tools.
  • Speak at conferences, partner events, and JetBrains events, and support booth activities.
  • Support JetBrains Business Development with customer visits, product demos, and technical insight.
  • Build relationships and communication channels between selected customers and JetBrains.
  • Engage with B2B and B2C users and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Provide technical support through various channels.
  • Work with JetBrains products and technologies including AI Assistant, Junie, TeamCity, YouTrack, Rider, and ReSharper.
  • Occasionally create content and support for game development scenarios related to JetBrains products.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of development experience.
  • Knowledge of .NET languages and technologies, including enterprise backend development with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and Blazor.
  • Knowledge of .NET industry needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a compelling story about technology.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Confidence to speak in public, give in-person and remote presentations, facilitate Q&A sessions, and provide product demos.
  • Strong creative writing, video creation, and editing skills for producing technical content.
  • Ability to quickly understand and experiment with new technologies.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Self-organization, goal-setting, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of JetBrains tooling such as Rider or ReSharper; knowledge of dotTrace and dotMemory is advantageous.
  • Experience with JetBrains tools, developer advocacy, or a strong reputation in a development community is preferred.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as F#, C++, or Kotlin is preferred.
  • Background working in highly distributed, diverse teams is preferred.
  • A portfolio of speaking recordings and screencasts is requested with the application.
