Description

  • Lead the development and distribution of thought leadership, product, and customer-centric content across internal and external channels.
  • Lead communication campaigns to clients, prospects, and employees across the company.
  • Drive brand awareness, thought leadership, web performance, visibility, and market perception through content.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, including Jenzabar partners, to create content aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent voice across internal and external communications and marketing materials, including blogs, emails, white papers, ebooks, case studies, infographics, presentations, press releases, media bylines, digital advertising, and website content.
  • Lead content initiatives supporting communications, thought leadership, and brand awareness objectives.
  • Develop and execute thought leadership campaigns showcasing Jenzabar’s expertise and subject matter experts.
  • Serve as lead writer, editor, and strategist for marketing communications and content such as case studies, product sheets, and emails.
  • Create and maintain a blog calendar aligned with company goals and OKRs.
  • Support Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, and other teams on ABM programs, digital advertising campaigns, and brand storytelling efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in copywriting and/or communications.
  • Impeccable grammar and exemplary writing skills.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Higher education or technology industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience creating webpage content using SEO, GEO, and emerging best practices.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve efficiency and business outcomes, with sound judgment and ethical oversight.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and subject matter experts.
  • Experience supporting media and analyst relations, award programs, and event speaking engagements is preferred.
  • Willingness to comply with company policies, including no work visa sponsorship and electronic monitoring notices.
