Description

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold outreach, email, networking, referrals, and market monitoring.
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
  • Build and maintain post-sale client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on OTT/CTV trends, technologies, and best practices to advise clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to regional leadership.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the network.
  • Travel within the designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or the media industry.
  • Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable.
  • Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in the home market and/or assigned region.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Self-motivated with strong ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify client opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions that support long-term success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
