Description

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines to support application delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
  • Enhance continuous integration and continuous delivery workflows.
  • Work with Terraform-based infrastructure as code configurations and shared modules.
  • Interpret Terraform plans, diffs, and state to support safe infrastructure changes.
  • Manage artifact delivery workflows for build artifacts, container images, and Terraform modules.
  • Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
  • Automate CI jobs, Terraform tooling, and reporting with scripting languages.
  • Apply security and compliance controls in cloud and platform environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, with strong preference for GitLab CI pipelines, shared runners, multi-stage workflows, and templates.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform as a consumer of shared modules.
  • Ability to read and understand module inputs and outputs in Terraform.
  • Experience interpreting Terraform plans, diffs, and state.
  • Experience wiring standard modules into team- or environment-specific configurations safely.
  • Practical experience with artifact management systems such as Cloudsmith or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of GCP fundamentals, including projects, IAM, service accounts, networking basics, load balancing, Cloud Run, and CloudSQL.
  • Experience building and operating containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes or similar orchestration technologies.
  • Proficiency in Bash or Python for CI automation, Terraform tooling, and reporting.
  • Experience with security and compliance controls such as least-privilege IAM, vulnerability scanning, policy-as-code, and audit reporting.
  • Strong communication skills.
