Description

Monitor Azure infrastructure and Grafana dashboards for alerts and anomalies.
Respond to alerts and perform initial incident triage.
Investigate issues using logs and monitoring tools.
Execute standard remediation procedures and escalate complex incidents when needed.
Document incidents, actions taken, and troubleshooting activities.
Support Azure resources and DevOps operations.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
Basic knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Grafana.
Understanding of Azure infrastructure and cloud monitoring.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and basic PowerShell or Bash scripting.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn new technologies and develop DevOps skills.
Good command of technical English at B2 level or higher.
Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations, is preferred.
Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development is preferred.
