Description

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Pytest.
  • Improve test coverage and defect detection by leveraging AI tools.
  • Build and maintain shared Python/Pytest test frameworks and libraries used across teams.
  • Define reusable GitLab CI/CD testing patterns for team adoption.
  • Operate and maintain the testing toolchain, including K6, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
  • Ensure the testing environment remains available, functional, and documented.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, SDETs, and QAs to support software quality.
  • Drive multi-file changes, test generation, and CI debugging using AI-accelerated tools.
  • Work within a Scrum framework and support agile delivery processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in automation testing or framework development.
  • Strong Python and Pytest experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining shared test frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience defining reusable GitLab CI/CD patterns for automated testing.
  • Experience operating testing toolchains, including K6, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework.
  • Claude Code required for AI-accelerated output, including multi-file changes, test generation, and CI debugging.
  • Experience collaborating across teams with SDETs, developers, and QAs.
  • Good English communication skills.
