Description

  • Act as the dedicated finance partner to Americas Sales leadership on commercial decisions.
  • Support revenue growth by evaluating trade-offs among margin, pricing, and deal structure.
  • Build, report on, and support the end-to-end commercial P&L for the Americas.
  • Drive gross margin improvement across dealer and retail channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders on SG&A spend decisions across the region.
  • Support customer profitability improvement through pricing and governance frameworks.
  • Lead deal desk support for non-standard and large commercial deals.
  • Deliver rolling 12-month revenue and margin forecasts.
  • Improve forecast accuracy by identifying risks, opportunities, and pipeline visibility.
  • Track investments and returns for Engineering and New Product Development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leaders.
  • Proven track record of influencing pricing and deal outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership roles.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to balance growth and profitability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to harvest and manipulate data from ERPs and data warehouses.
  • Experience across the US, Mexico, and Canada is preferred.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or global manufacturing environment is preferred.
