Description

  • Conduct cost analysis for projects and collaborate with project managers to establish budgets.
  • Monitor project expenses and prepare financial reports to track performance against budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives to improve project profitability.
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals by providing accurate cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies related to cost management.
  • Analyze costs across commercial, interior design, and architectural projects.
  • Help teams optimize budgets to improve overall project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cost Management Specialist or in a similar role across various industries, including hotels and residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and cost management techniques.
  • Proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Excel is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English with advanced communication skills is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
