Description

  • Produce executive-ready financial summary reports and presentations for leadership on a monthly and quarterly cadence.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into IT spend and financial positioning.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions such as vendor consolidation, build vs. buy, and license optimization.
  • Partner with Procurement to ensure accurate coding of IT purchase orders, SOWs, and invoices for financial attribution.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in financial systems, including cost centers, project codes, and misclassified expenses.
  • Contribute to improvements in financial governance, demand intake, and control processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis with financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to translate complex budget data into clear executive-level insights and variance analysis.
  • Experience in vendor analysis, rate benchmarking, or commercial financial evaluation.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Ability to work across Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting financial insights.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Experience with financial dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of IT cost structures such as CAPEX vs. OPEX and the IT project lifecycle is preferred.
