Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.
  • Oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas.
  • Own a small portfolio of district accounts and work directly with districts on implementation support and professional development.
  • Stay informed on statewide initiatives affecting K-12 schools and align IXL implementation and training accordingly.
  • Create and maintain a positive team culture that drives performance and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen and grow customer relationships in Texas.
  • Partner with district leaders to build and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals.
  • Travel to support districts, deliver professional development, and observe team members.
  • Observe professional development sessions and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Use data to inform decisions and determine next steps.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
  • K-12 teaching experience.
  • Experience as a people manager who fosters collaboration and supports team growth.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.
  • Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Must live in Texas and be close to a major airport.
