Description

  • Manage Medicare (PECOS) and Medicaid enrollments, revalidations, updates, and changes of ownership across all locations.
  • Maintain active facility licensing and prevent lapses in billing eligibility.
  • Lead compliance efforts for CMS regulations, state licensing requirements, and CLIA standards.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit-ready documentation across all entities.
  • Support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory matters, audits, inspections, and Board-level reporting.
  • Oversee CLIA applications, renewals, compliance, and inspection readiness for laboratory services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CMS, state agencies, and licensing boards.
  • Develop and maintain centralized tracking systems for licensing, enrollment, and compliance activities.
  • Identify compliance risks, support state inspections, and help resolve audit findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Paralegal experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Medicare enrollment, including PECOS, Medicaid enrollment, provider credentialing, licensing, or healthcare compliance.
  • Experience managing facility licensing through state Departments of Health is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CLIA certification and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with PECOS, Medicaid enrollment systems, and credentialing platforms such as CAQH.
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations, healthcare compliance frameworks, and state licensing requirements.
  • Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and compliance vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory submissions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare environments such as infusion centers, specialty clinics, or outpatient settings is preferred.
