Description

Manage Medicare (PECOS) and Medicaid enrollments, revalidations, updates, and changes of ownership across all locations.
Maintain active facility licensing and prevent lapses in billing eligibility.
Lead compliance efforts for CMS regulations, state licensing requirements, and CLIA standards.
Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit-ready documentation across all entities.
Support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory matters, audits, inspections, and Board-level reporting.
Oversee CLIA applications, renewals, compliance, and inspection readiness for laboratory services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CMS, state agencies, and licensing boards.
Develop and maintain centralized tracking systems for licensing, enrollment, and compliance activities.
Identify compliance risks, support state inspections, and help resolve audit findings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on credentialing, licensing, and compliance processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Paralegal experience is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Medicare enrollment, including PECOS, Medicaid enrollment, provider credentialing, licensing, or healthcare compliance.
Experience managing facility licensing through state Departments of Health is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of CLIA certification and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with PECOS, Medicaid enrollment systems, and credentialing platforms such as CAQH.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations, healthcare compliance frameworks, and state licensing requirements.
Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies, licensing boards, and compliance vendors.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory submissions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in multi-site healthcare environments such as infusion centers, specialty clinics, or outpatient settings is preferred.
