Description

  • Work as a strategic partner to Enterprise Account Executives and Customer Account Managers to assess deal challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Deliver compelling custom and technical presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Evaluate prospects' technical environments and advise on integration approaches and data flow.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and technical stakeholders.
  • Document solutions from initial scoping through handoff to the Professional Services team.
  • Help close large SaaS enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver new features and drive platform adoption.
  • Support internal education and contribute to technical projects.
  • Meet with prospects and customers on-site when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS or MarTech pre-sales experience with a track record in complex enterprise deal cycles.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, JSON data structures, and technical scoping.
  • Ideally, experience leveraging AI/LLMs for efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the MarTech ecosystem, including mobile integrations/SDKs, CDPs, data warehousing, ETLs, and iPaaS solutions.
  • Expert discovery and value-selling skills with the ability to connect technical features to customer pain points.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly with technical stakeholders.
  • A curious, self-motivated mindset with interest in researching, testing, and mastering new technology.
  • A highly collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge and iterate with the team.
