Description

  • Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Run and support netstation migration scripts.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and deployment work with technologies such as Meraki and Cisco.
  • Support Meraki portal migrations using scripting tools.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
  • Manage printer drivers, including workstation, server-side, and SAP drivers.
  • Manage DHCP reservations and Active Directory administration tasks.
  • Support O365 applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Maintain diagrams, documentation, procedures, and IT asset management records.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical support issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of network support experience.
  • 3+ years of infrastructure support experience.
  • 3+ years of O365 support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology preferred.
  • Established track record supporting IT technologies, including Linux/Windows Servers, databases, data center, and client/server applications.
  • MSP environment experience supporting multiple customers is required.
  • Occasional onsite travel to local client sites is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a flexible, customer-scheduled environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft certifications, monitoring platforms, PowerShell, JSON, RMM scripts, SCCM, Meraki portal, SAP, or Windows Server is preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include Network+, CCNP, and Azure Administrator.
