Description

  • Analyze business requirements and processes to support infrastructure service design.
  • Support the Service Owner and stakeholders with tasks and approvals.
  • Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews.
  • Contribute to service strategy and architecture definition.
  • Share best practices across teams.
  • Identify, track, and escalate issues in collaboration with other workstreams.
  • Implement and optimize Data Center services and ITIL processes globally.
  • Ensure data and information security in Data Center services.
  • Provide timely status, rollout plan, and risk reports.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships and coordinate with third-party vendors and external providers.
  • Collaborate with a global virtual team with minimal travel required.
  • Own end-to-end platform service delivery in the assigned area.

Requirements

  • Clear understanding of Information Technology and IT processes.
  • Experience working with business requirements, infrastructure service design, and architectural reviews.
  • Knowledge of Data Center services and ITIL processes.
  • Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and external providers.
  • Familiarity with SBC/server-based computing technologies such as Citrix and Terminal Server.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as Apache, IIS, and Tomcat.
  • Ideally able to cover both SBC and web technology areas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global virtual team.
  • Minimal travel required.
