Description

Own and manage talent acquisition reports generated from the ATS.
Validate and clean reporting data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshoot reporting errors, including Excel formula issues and data discrepancies.
Analyze reporting trends and provide insights to support recruitment operations.
Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including talent acquisition leadership.
Monitor reporting reliability and help maintain continuous improvement of TA reporting processes.
Support operational recruitment reporting needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data validation, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Beginner to intermediate analytics skills.
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition environments is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment reporting is preferred.
Ability to understand operational recruitment workflows is preferred.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (6:00 PM to 03:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
Must be available to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
A fixed fibre internet line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory.
Reliable power backup is required for load shedding or outages.
