Description

  • Proactively source clinicians through platforms such as Vivian, Allied Travel Careers, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
  • Engage candidates through outreach, messaging, and calls before they apply.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert interest into active candidates.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess experience, availability, and preferences.
  • Prepare and submit candidate profiles for open roles with accurate credentials and job fit.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the placement process.
  • Handle compensation discussions and provide market-rate feedback to candidates and the team.
  • Create and post job content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to grow brand visibility.
  • Participate in relevant online communities to generate inbound interest from clinicians.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience working with both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms and CRM/ATS systems is advantageous.
  • U.S. healthcare or travel staffing recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong proactive sourcing ability and a hunter mentality.
  • High resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously and work flexible hours aligned to candidate availability.
