Description

  • Schedule caregivers for clients based on specific needs and requirements.
  • Engage with clients to understand their care needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate scheduling across calls, WhatsApp, and internal systems.
  • Manage and update scheduling systems accurately and in real time.
  • Handle scheduling issues and last-minute changes with urgency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all shifts are filled.
  • Escalate issues or request support when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and willingness to step in where needed.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a medical practice, doctor’s office, or healthcare environment is advantageous.
  • Background in appointment scheduling, theatre bookings, or practice coordination is advantageous.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (14:30 PM–23:00 PM South African time, subject to daylight savings).
  • Must be available to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
  • Must have a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download and wired Ethernet capability.
  • Must have reliable power backup for load shedding or outages.
  • Fully remote work setup required.
