Description

  • Design, scope, build, and deploy backend features end to end.
  • Integrate new data sources and manage complex clinical data flows across the platform and third-party systems.
  • Own production services, including monitoring, debugging, reliability, and ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, client-facing teams, and customers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Support and improve cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automated delivery pipelines.
  • Build maintainable backend systems that scale with increasing patient interactions.
  • Mentor engineers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
  • Champion technical excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Senior Developer, ideally with approximately 5+ years of development experience and startup experience.
  • Deep experience building Node.js applications with TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating APIs, including REST and SOAP.
  • Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with GCP services such as Datastore, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM, and Docker.
  • Solid understanding of VPCs, subnets, and private VPNs.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation, such as GitHub Actions, and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Curiosity about agentic coding and using AI tools to improve engineering workflows.

  • €80,000–€92,000 salary.
