Description

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Build user personas and user flow diagrams to support product design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups for web and mobile products.
  • Present UX concepts and design solutions to stakeholders for review and alignment.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform design iterations.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and product alignment.
  • Document finalized designs for development, QA, and internal teams.
  • Drive UX strategy and execution with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to translate insights and business goals into intuitive experiences.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Strategist, ideally in a SaaS or web/app-based environment.
  • Proven track record of designing digital products end-to-end.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight is preferred.
  • Ability to own the full UX process from strategy through execution.
  • Experience with web and mobile app products is relevant.
