Description

  • Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy from referral through post-infusion.
  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for patients and providers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on TIL therapy workflows, including tumor procurement and manufacturing coordination.
  • Collaborate with treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate each step of the treatment journey.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on time-sensitive milestones across the autologous treatment process.
  • Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access.
  • Track critical milestones across patient cases and treatment workflows.
  • Support site onboarding and share best practices with treatment centers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with Iovance objectives, processes, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant healthcare or biopharma experience.
  • Direct experience with TIL therapy, such as Amtagvi, or closely related workflows.
  • 2+ years of case management or care coordination experience in oncology.
  • Ability to independently manage complex, time-sensitive cases.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across matrixed teams.
  • Occasional travel required during site onboarding or as needed, less than 10%.
  • Preferred: experience supporting Amtagvi or other cell therapies.
  • Preferred: clinical background such as RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or MSW.
  • Preferred: experience in solid tumor oncology.
  • Preferred: familiarity with manufacturing-dependent therapies, patient access and reimbursement, or regulated environments.
  • Preferred: multilingual skills, such as Spanish.
