Description

  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments for .NET developer candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates’ proficiency in .NET frameworks and their ability to solve complex problems using .NET technologies.
  • Work with recruitment teams to develop interview questions aligned with .NET role requirements and current industry standards.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed candidate evaluations to hiring managers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends in the .NET ecosystem.
  • Support the recruitment process by helping identify candidates who meet technical expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with extensive experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and conduct interviews professionally.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
