Description

  • Investigate and resolve L2/L3 production incidents.
  • Support Power BI datasets, gateways, semantic models, and dashboard environments.
  • Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, data integration processes, and data quality issues.
  • Support GIS platforms and spatial data services.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Support software releases, patches, and platform upgrades.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with business users and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Experience providing L2/L3 production support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience supporting ETL or data integration platforms.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production environments.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization.
  • Experience working within SLA-driven support processes.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting ArcGIS or QGIS environments (nice to have).
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory and enterprise analytics or data platform solutions (nice to have).
