Description

  • Develop and deploy the enterprise commissioning management system across active and future projects.
  • Establish standardized inspection, testing, and record frameworks, factory acceptance test standards, and turnover package protocols.
  • Author contractor commissioning standards for inclusion in future EPC agreements and vendor scopes.
  • Design the enterprise reliability strategy using Reliability-Centered Maintenance and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Lead selection and implementation of the enterprise CMMS with integrations to telemetry, SCADA, and asset management software.
  • Incorporate reliability modeling tools to analyze asset lifecycles, reduce single points of failure, and improve availability.
  • Build, staff, mentor, and direct a commissioning and reliability organization for multi-campus energizations.
  • Serve as the technical authority across Construction, Engineering, and Operations during high-voltage energization and microgrid commissioning.
  • Direct OEM interface protocols and operator qualification programs to support transition from construction to commercial operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 12+ years of experience running complex commissioning and reliability programs for high-voltage infrastructure, utility-scale power assets, or mission-critical industrial facilities.
  • Experience building an enterprise-wide commissioning playbook and contractor standards from the ground up.
  • Deep technical knowledge of high-voltage systems, SCADA, plant controls, and reliability software such as Isograph, ReliaSoft, or equivalent platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance, enterprise CMMS deployments, and ITR/turnover package standards for multi-technology sites.
  • Decisive, systems-oriented leadership experience in high-stakes, multi-project environments.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Experience with solar, wind, BESS, and generation assets (preferred).

  • Total compensation of $221,000 - $260,000 USD, including base salary and bonus.
