Description

  • Provide daily oversight for a team of 10–20 E-Fulfillment Specialists and resolve or escalate operational issues.
  • Manage schedules, timecards, and time-off requests.
  • Set team goals, lead daily huddles, calculate KPIs, and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members across assigned workflows and states.
  • Perform quality-control reviews and audits during the assigned monthly QC rotation.
  • Maintain hands-on workflow proficiency and perform specialist work during coverage, volume, or escalation needs.
  • Maintain team documentation in Confluence and communicate workflow, tool, and system updates.
  • Identify inefficiencies, training gaps, and recurring errors; implement process improvements and support automation.
  • Serve as the communication link between specialists, the Project Specialist, and management.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and team-leadership skills.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and tracking workbooks.
  • Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute.
  • Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly for E-Fulfillment operations.
  • Working knowledge of Confluence and Metabase.
  • Entry-level SQL experience preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, quick-learning, and able to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet of at least 100 Mbps; backup power or an alternate work location may be required.
  • Internal ABC Legal employees will be considered first; external applicants may be considered if no internal candidate is selected.
