Description

  • Build and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate work across development, permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Support EPC contract development and execution, including tracking contractor performance against expectations.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and milestones to keep delivery on track.
  • Partner with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Manage contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings, document key decisions, and drive action items to completion.
  • Administer construction documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and technical deliverables.
  • Maintain organized project records and prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track project financials, procurement activities, invoices, purchase orders, budgets, and contractor change requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or project management within power plants, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including development, permitting, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with EPC environments, including contract development, execution, and contractor performance management.
  • Working knowledge of construction administration processes such as RFIs, submittals, and change management.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale capital projects, including at least two full lifecycle projects through start-up and handoff.
  • Exposure to field execution, including construction, commissioning, or start-up activities.
  • Familiarity with OEM and balance-of-plant equipment such as turbines or reciprocating engines is helpful.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Bluebeam, and collaboration platforms like Slack.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical information into clear, executive-ready insights.
