Description

  • Oversee land and lease administration, including payment processes and tracking contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with land agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across the portfolio.
  • Implement systems and tools to track key dates, obligations, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and accessible land documentation.
  • Establish standardized processes to transition land agreements from Development to Asset Management.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve commercial issues and ensure continuity of intent.
  • Align land agreements with operational requirements and site constraints.
  • Lead negotiations for amendments, consents, and issue resolution with landowners.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across land agreements.
  • Partner with Asset Managers and Finance on budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and long-term planning.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in real estate, land management, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting energy infrastructure projects across development and operations.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios of land leases or real property assets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate contractual complexity and manage risk.
  • Deep understanding of lease structures, negotiations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
  • Clear and effective communication skills that build trust with landowners and internal partners.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a structured approach to solving complex challenges.

  • Total compensation of $220,000 - $260,000, including base salary and bonus.
