Description

  • Lead AI tool discovery and vendor evaluation across LLMs, productivity tools, automation platforms, and industry-specific applications.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence, manage vendor relationships, and recommend solutions that fit business goals, security standards, and technical infrastructure.
  • Partner with departments to identify opportunities for AI integration within workflows and business processes.
  • Gather business requirements, recommend scalable solutions, and develop implementation plans with technical teams.
  • Align AI initiatives with supporting data infrastructure and systems across Corporate Technology.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including responsible AI policies, prompting standards, data privacy guidelines, and adoption best practices.
  • Act as an internal AI advocate by sharing use cases, developing enablement materials, and building team confidence in AI tools.
  • Drive change management by identifying adoption challenges, collecting employee feedback, and supporting targeted training programs and resources.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in technology program management, product management, technology strategy, solutions architecture, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related discipline preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience operating in technical environments is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of the modern AI and data landscape, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, APIs, automation tools, analytics platforms, and software development lifecycle concepts.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business teams by translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • $185,000–$195,000 total compensation, including base salary plus bonus.
