Description

  • Serve as a trusted digital advisor to senior stakeholders and guide client decision-making on complex challenges.
  • Translate research into actionable digital strategy deliverables such as roadmaps, personas, user journeys, value propositions, information architecture, and UX direction.
  • Lead discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, audience research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments.
  • Define website, digital product, and experience strategies that align customer needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Develop high-impact presentations, strategic frameworks, and other deliverables that provide clear direction to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with designers, creatives, technologists, content strategists, and analysts to shape integrated digital strategies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity from discovery through delivery while maintaining momentum and clarity.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through pitch narratives, proposals, strategic frameworks, and presentations.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, digital transformation, and experience strategy and apply relevant insights to the work.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital strategy, innovation, consulting, product/service strategy, or a related field; digital agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of websites, UX design, information architecture, and product strategy.
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging tools to support digital growth and impact.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities, both visual and verbal.
  • Ability to synthesize deep research into actionable insights and strategic direction.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Naturally curious, collaborative, and human-centered approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident under pressure and able to bring teams together.
  • Experience developing brand positioning, value propositions, or messaging frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience facilitating workshops for brand, messaging, or creative development is preferred.

  • Salary range of $90,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
