Description

  • Create multichannel and integrated digital marketing strategies that drive donations, lead generation, and other conversion goals.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and effective project management.
  • Plan and execute creative, conversion-driven email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop campaign concepts and creative assets.
  • Work with the digital advertising team to implement and track paid social, paid search, programmatic, and connected TV campaigns.
  • Optimize digital marketing and fundraising efforts to improve ROI across channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and recommend next steps based on results.
  • Conduct audits of clients’ digital marketing efforts to assess past performance and establish future benchmarks.
  • Evaluate emerging tactics and industry trends and recommend relevant adoption opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to mentorship and growth within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing and/or digital fundraising experience.
  • Agency experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven strategies that map marketing activities to the user journey or funnel.
  • Proven experience planning and deploying results-driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working with a variety of email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels and how they work together across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience with reporting analysis and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience conducting digital marketing audits and building strategies from data findings.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Open to a remote position.

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
