Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for digital projects, initiatives, and enhancements.
  • Analyze existing digital processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business needs, objectives, and KPIs into comprehensive business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Work with IT teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and support successful implementation.
  • Conduct UAT with stakeholders and drive sign-off before feature release.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, demos, retrospectives, and monthly meetings.
  • Perform data analysis and interpret findings to produce insights and recommendations that support business growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support additional product-related tasks assigned by the Product Owner or Product Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer System Analysis, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working on mobile, web, or other front-end digital products with understanding of user experience and interface considerations.
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics platforms and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with product development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices, with experience running Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.
  • Early start working hours of around 07:00–07:30 EET with a flexible afternoon schedule.
  • Business Analyst professional certification, Product Owner certification, and/or PSM is preferred.
  • Experience with mobile app analytics tools and digital performance metrics is preferred.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology is preferred.
