Description

  • Process a work queue of scheduling and order fulfillment requests in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and assign nursing visits in customers’ EMR systems.
  • Monitor on-call schedule changes and update the system and team accordingly.
  • Enter durable medical equipment orders into the appropriate customer-designated systems.
  • Process medication refill requests through customers’ pharmacies.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Support front-line nursing staff so they can focus on calls and triage.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient handling of inbox and request workflow.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft business applications.
  • Must have high-speed internet.
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong keyboard competence.
  • Must be willing to work a set 2-week rotating overnight schedule.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • $15 per hour pay rate.
  • $1 per hour shift differential for overnight hours.
  • $1 per hour shift differential for weekend shifts.
  • PTO accrual for part-time and full-time employees based on hours worked.
  • Eligibility to մասնակցate in the 401(k) plan.
  • Remote full-time hourly position.
