Description

  • Handle administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and manage data and documents.
  • Support order processing and invoice verification.
  • Review and validate system-generated data such as contract details, meter readings, and invoice triggers.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure structured, efficient, accurate, and timely back-office processing of assigned tasks.
  • Develop an understanding of energy industry topics and products, including EDIFACT and dynamic tariffs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in back office, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Reliable and a strong team player.
  • Very good English skills at C1 level.
  • Preferred ability to handle structured process logic when managing exceptions.
  • Willingness to start with a work-from-home setup and visit the BGC headquarters for equipment collection, with flexibility to work from the office if needed.
