Description

  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives from kickoff through delivery across brand, digital, and campaign work.
  • Serve as the day-to-day senior client partner and manage difficult conversations with confidence, tact, and emotional intelligence.
  • Own project intake, staffing coordination, timelines, scopes, budgets, and overall delivery health.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Writing, and Technology leads to align teams and move work forward.
  • Balance strategic thinking with practical execution to keep teams focused, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps early and create clear paths forward.
  • Lead internal and external status meetings, project planning, forecasting, and prioritization efforts.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor while the team and work continue to scale.
  • Help shape production approaches and operational processes that support long-term client growth and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements.
  • Experience overseeing deliverables such as brand strategy, website development/builds, campaigns, and social initiatives.
  • Strong operational leadership experience across budgeting, forecasting, staffing, intake, and project planning.
  • Excellent client partnership skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, pressure, and difficult conversations thoughtfully.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology disciplines.
  • Ability to translate between disciplines while keeping teams aligned around shared goals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing retainers or ongoing client relationships is a strong plus.
  • Comfort stepping into both leadership and hands-on production responsibilities as needed.
  • Curiosity about emerging tools and technologies, including AI, with sound judgment about when to apply them.

Benefits

  • $78-100/hr W2 pay range, with compensation adjusted for location and cost of living.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Benefits may be available in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
  • Eligibility for benefits depends on hours worked and assignment duration.
