Description

  • Plan, execute, and close projects in alignment with PMO standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track progress against milestones.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate or resolve roadblocks quickly.
  • Partner with business, technical, and operational teams to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, updates, and outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining focus on results and quality.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of combined experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to leadership.
  • Proven ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable and drive project execution.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in retail, software, or home improvement industries preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
