Description

  • Partner with People teams and cross-functional stakeholders to lead end-to-end project management for complex initiatives.
  • Drive discovery and planning to define scope, goals, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, enablement, and adoption planning.
  • Identify and proactively address risks, tradeoffs, and roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Document project decisions, plans, and learnings to support transparency and reuse.
  • Encourage collaboration, shared ownership, and continuous improvement across the People organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical or cross-functional projects in enterprise or internal-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and communication.
  • Experience partnering with business or operational teams such as HR, Finance, IT, or Operations.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Experience supporting People, HR, or internal business functions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflows, and integrations (preferred).
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes or tools (preferred).
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills, including experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote role with a Flex First work policy and flexibility to work from home, an office, or another location.
  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $141,000-$149,000 USD for CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $135,000-$142,500 USD for WA.
  • Base salary range of $130,000-$137,000 USD for OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI.
  • Base salary range of $118,000-$124,500 USD for all other states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
