Description

  • Identify high-leverage opportunities in incentive optimization and define the technical roadmap.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of ML/AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner closely with product managers, marketers, data scientists, and backend engineers to understand business needs and build ML applications.
  • Lead and mentor team members while raising technical standards.
  • Improve team execution efficiency and support delivery of major initiatives.
  • Develop production-ready ML/AI solutions in the incentive space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical work.
  • Contribute ideas from the bottom up in a fast-moving, results-driven ML organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of identifying high-impact opportunities and defining roadmaps.
  • Experience driving major initiatives and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience developing production-ready ML/AI solutions that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong skills in analytics, modeling, programming, and communication.
  • Strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.
  • Continuous focus on innovation and impact delivery.
  • Experience in incentive or pricing optimization preferred.
  • Experience in causal modeling preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs preferred.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote role with a Flex First work policy and location flexibility.
  • Highly market-competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $240,000-$253,000 in CA, NY, CT, and NJ.
  • Base salary range of $230,000-$243,000 in WA.
  • Base salary range of $221,000-$233,000 in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI.
  • Base salary range of $201,000-$212,000 in all other U.S. states.
  • Eligible for a new hire equity grant.
  • Eligible for annual refresh equity grants.
