Description

  • Manage a book of business of 5-10 accounts and serve as the main point of contact for assigned brands.
  • Own all aspects of the advertising relationship with advertiser clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Use consultative selling and thought leadership to grow revenue across the prioritized client base.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and budgeting processes with mid-market brands.
  • Analyze business data and insights to influence client investment decisions.
  • Build relationships with executive contacts and expand engagement to senior stakeholders and new client teams.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual growth for the assigned book of business.
  • Maintain a high daily volume of outbound calls, emails, and social selling activity.
  • Develop sales collateral, case studies, custom stories, campaign reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Travel to meet brand partners in person at headquarters and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience managing client relationships and partnering to drive measurable growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Comfort with analyzing and discussing CPG and advertising insights and KPIs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Experience working with large data sets and extracting business insights from analysis.
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience in sales at a retail media company with fast-growing brands is preferred.
  • Consistent history of achieving sales quotas while building strong client relationships is preferred.
  • Understanding of CPG and retail media metrics to drive campaign performance is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $81,000-$102,500 USD depending on permanent work location.
