Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions in retail and CPG workflows.
  • Define problem statements, PRDs, success metrics, and prioritization plans based on customer outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to scope experiments, manage backlogs, and define KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
  • Ensure models and agents are reliable, safe, observable, and supported by appropriate guardrails.
  • Lead customer discovery, design pilots, and develop proof points that validate product value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on go-to-market, pricing, packaging, enablement, and case studies.
  • Build the business case by modeling unit economics, ROI, and financial targets, and present results to executives and stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with data engineering, retailer success, enterprise sales, and business development to launch and expand products.
  • Assess data quality, telemetry, integrations, and feedback loops to ensure data readiness and integrity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience building B2B or enterprise software.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering AI/ML-powered products from concept through GA.
  • Proven record of shipping at least 2 AI/ML products used by enterprise customers with measurable financial outcomes.
  • Hands-on data proficiency, including the ability to query or analyze large datasets using SQL or equivalent tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build ROI and unit economics models and present business cases to executive audiences.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, including security, IT, and legal/procurement processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and commercial audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience in grocery, retail, or supply chain, including store operations, inventory management, and margin levers.
  • Exposure to agentic AI systems, LLM-based workflows, autonomous decision pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation/guardrail practices.
  • Background with demand forecasting, replenishment, or inventory optimization products and metrics such as OSA, service level, and shrink.
  • Familiarity with retail tech stacks, including WMS, POS, ERP/replenishment modules, EDI, and API-based integrations.
  • Experience displacing incumbents or winning competitive takeouts in enterprise accounts.
  • Early-career experience in management consulting, solutions architecture, or business analytics.

  • Canadian base pay range of $223,000 to $235,500 CAD.
