Description

Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, clinical, and marketing through the product lifecycle and manage feature execution through Product Owners.
Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Track and report on product performance using data to drive continuous improvement.
Lead go-to-market strategy, including offerings, packaging, and pricing models to accelerate growth.
Assess market opportunity, develop monetization plans, and evaluate financial impact for new offerings.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partner teams to identify emerging market segments.
Build business cases and market entry frameworks to support product investment decisions.
Partner with clients and strategic accounts to develop solutions, gather feedback, and validate product-market fit.
Lead client-facing presentations and product briefings to drive adoption and engagement.
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for usability, value realization, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

4+ years of product management experience and 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare technology or health information services.
Proven ability to define and deliver high-impact products in an agile environment.
Experience working with finance and strategy teams on investment cases and revenue models.
Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong business skills across go-to-market activities in product management and/or product marketing.
Proven track record of launching B2B or enterprise products from concept to commercialization.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of utilization management workflows, medical necessity criteria, health system operations, and clinical decision-making.
AI fluency, including experience leveraging AI tools to augment product workflows and working knowledge of AI architectures such as LLMs, RAG, and agents.
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is highly desirable.
Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable features.
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, learning, and innovation in healthcare technology.
