Description

  • Support the Finance Manager with the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Send invoices and contracts to customers promptly.
  • Follow up on late invoices and manage collections.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure entries are accurate and properly coded.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Typically 2+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar comprehensive accounting role.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP.
  • Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Stripe.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Experience creating dashboards and board presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • QBO Certification, Bill.com Certification, and experience with HubSpot CRM are preferred.

Benefits

  • $60,000 base salary with a $10,000 bonus.
