Description

  • Help build and design a robust test automation system.
  • Monitor each stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Predict testing needs and develop test strategies for projects.
  • Attend internal partner meetings and review weekly progress with the project leadership team.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve the automation framework.
  • Define hardware and software requirements for test setup and maintain the quality of test documents.
  • Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by other Quality Assurance Engineers.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively.
  • Adapt test strategies to changing project requirements.
  • Support a continuous learning culture and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong English reading comprehension for analyzing technical documents.
  • Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies such as ISEB, ISTQB, or TMAP.
  • Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium; Appium, Locust, and Jenkins are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and web development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Solid experience with Python or Java.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies; Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Fluency in Turkish and at least intermediate English.
  • Real problem-solving ability and curiosity about Quality Assurance.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to take initiative when necessary.
  • Strong focus on increasing productivity through automation of software test engineering processes.
