Description

  • Plan, implement, test, debug, refactor, document, review, and ship production features using coding agents.
  • Review and validate agent-generated code, correcting hallucinations, security issues, missing validation, and incorrect assumptions.
  • Maintain project context, including CLAUDE.md files, coding standards, architecture notes, and module dependencies.
  • Build shared prompts, skills, sub-agents, MCP integrations, and guardrails for recurring engineering workflows.
  • Use agents for integration testing, coverage analysis, incident-based regression testing, root-cause analysis, ADRs, and runbooks.
  • Apply AI-assisted review to code changes and convert recurring issues into team-wide rules.
  • Share effective workflows, review teammates’ AI-assisted pull requests, and drive adoption of team tooling.
  • Operate within a platform processing 2.2 billion requests and nearly 2 billion notifications daily.

Requirements

  • Daily experience using coding agents on real production work, with ownership of the resulting code.
  • An end-to-end project demonstrating what was delegated, what was retained, failure points, and validation methods.
  • Experience with agentic systems, including tool and function calling, multi-step workflows, state, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Ability to provide agents with effective context through project files, standards, examples, and scoped tasks.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals in clean code, testing, error handling, security, and performance.
  • Sound judgment to identify when agent-generated output is incorrect or unsafe.
  • Willingness to share agent workflows and setups with teammates.
  • Go and PHP/Laravel are preferred; Python, TypeScript, or other languages are acceptable.
  • Experience building team-level agent tooling, security guardrails, AI-assisted testing, observability workflows, or CI review agents is preferred.
  • Experience with LLM tools or frameworks such as Strands Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, MCP, skills, hooks, or plugins is preferred.
