Description

  • Design, build, and release AI products and features that solve real user problems.
  • Design and implement streaming and batch data pipelines to support training and inference.
  • Write production-ready code and deploy it using cloud services and CI/CD practices.
  • Continuously monitor and improve system quality and performance.
  • Own real problems end to end across the system, including architecture, performance, observability, and scalability.
  • Build resilient and high-performing production pipelines and services.
  • Collaborate across teams to turn ideas into impactful products.
  • Mentor engineers and help define technical direction.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Data Scientist in NLP, search, or recommendation systems.
  • Experience designing and deploying search, ranking, or recommendation systems.
  • Experience improving product discovery metrics such as CTR or conversion using AI/ML systems.
  • Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art NLP and information retrieval techniques such as transformers, embedding models, vector search, LLMs, RAG, or agents.
  • Experience A/B testing model or product impact and iterating based on results.
  • Experience as a Senior Data Engineer building high-throughput real-time or batch ETL pipelines with Spark, Kafka, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing data orchestration with Airflow or similar frameworks.
  • Experience building and scaling feature stores, data lakes, or analytical platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Docker or Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines.
  • Experience as a Senior Software Engineer with strong software architecture and domain-driven design skills.
  • Experience building robust backend systems for high load using Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, or messaging queue systems.
  • Experience integrating observability, security, and CI/CD pipelines into systems.
  • Hands-on experience with container systems, cloud services, infrastructure-as-code, and incident-free releases using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, feature toggles, or blue-green deployment.
