Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact and trusted adviser for clients.
  • Translate client needs into the right product and feature recommendations.
  • Monitor customer adoption and help clients use the platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide technical support when needed.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather and share market trends, unmet needs, and partnership opportunities with the team.
  • Plan strategies to help customers achieve their objectives and resolve escalated issues.
  • Bring new product ideas to product and design teams to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, project management, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience building strong relationships with customers, including at the executive level.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including positive phone skills and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with clients across global markets.
  • Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German.
