Description

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Drive renewals, expansion opportunities, and MRR growth across assigned accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers in a team-selling environment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary contact for executive-level customers.
  • Lead business reviews, onboarding kick-off meetings, and renewal processes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with senior and enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Analyze stakeholder maps and develop engagement strategies to maintain effective touchpoint frequency.
  • Set goals and objectives with customers to support business impact and account success.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to align stakeholders with product and roadmap direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, including strong phone communication and listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated sales and persuasive ability with a track record of influencing customer decisions.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort speaking to both large and small audiences and to senior and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience building relationships and discovering needs with senior customer executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and driving consensus on solutions and engagements.
