Description

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, including integrations, launches, announcements, and events.
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives across content, social, email, and community activations.
  • Align messaging, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage campaign calendars and keep projects moving from concept through execution.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between marketing, partnerships, product, and partner teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes for partner marketing execution.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics.
  • Gather insights from campaign results to improve future partner marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, messaging, and execution across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or project management, ideally in a fast-paced environment or agency.
  • Experience working on partnership or ecosystem marketing initiatives, with crypto/Web3 experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving industry.
  • Previous experience in a crypto or Web3 company is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency environment managing multiple clients or campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and campaign analytics is a plus.
