Description

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements.
  • Produce developer-ready documentation, including BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Model solution logic using BPMN 2.0, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and integration mappings.
  • Own and manage the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps, including prioritization, estimation, and readiness checks.
  • Work with QA teams to align test cases with business logic and support validation activities.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles with clients.
  • Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market.
  • Bridge communication between KSA-based clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
  • Proven experience in Mobile and Web Product Development.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of BPMN and tools such as Visio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Mastery of Azure DevOps.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and agile, iterative sprint delivery.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical logic clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with KSA digital transformation trends and regulatory environments is a strong plus.
  • Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week, with core hours overlapping KSA time.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
